1. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)
If you are a consumer residing in Norway, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at +47 934 38 030 within 14 days of receiving your items.
You must then return the products to us within 14 days after notifying us.

The items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), please contact us at +47 934 38 030.
You may return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
!But you will have to pay shipping both ways!

4. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at +47 934 38 030 with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a free return or replacement in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection laws (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).
